SALON POLICIES:
We require a credit card to secure your appointment + 50% deposit for all new clients and kindly ask that you cancel within 24 hours to avoid a fee. If you cancel your appointment under 24 hours, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If you “no show” to your appointment, we do charge the entire appointment. We completely understand that ‘life happens’ so just let us know as soon as you can and we definitely will help any way we can!
In the event of a late arrival, we generally can do the best we can with the time we have, but understand that we may not be able to get your lashes as full since we don’t have our usual appointment time. We recommend coming back sooner for your next appointment so we can get you back on track!
We do accept fills from other salons —-they are called “transfer fills.” Usually, we can work on top of other artist’s work. However, in the event that the work is not healthy and we cannot, we will recommend a removal and that you re-book a full set. The cost for transfer fills is slightly higher, because we do allot extra time to do a consultation as well as we often need more time to assess the work because it is not ours.
